The passing of Pat Quinn has rocked the hockey world today. The outpouring of support for the Quinn family has been tremendous, and the recounting of memories this great hockey man left us with has begun. One of those moments was his infamous hit on Bobby Orr, arguably the games best player at the time. In this interview Quinn describes the legality of the hit, in which the then Maple Leafs defenceman launches himself into Orr, leaving him out cold. He also describes his relationship with Orr after the hit.
