TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

We welcome you to a site administered by Attraction Web s.e.c (hereinafter “Attraction” or “we”). Please read the following terms of use carefully, as your visit and use of this website (hereinafter the “Site”) is governed by them.

By using the Site, you (hereinafter “you” or the “User”) certify that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions of use. If you refuse the conditions of use, we invite you to leave the Site.

Notice and limitation of liability

The User assumes the risks of using the Site. To the extent permitted by law, Attraction offers no warranty, explicit or implicit, as to the reliability or accuracy of the information contained on the Site. The User releases Attraction, its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability related to any damage or harm whatsoever resulting from the use and/or performance of the Site by the User or related the malfunction of any computer component, any software or any faulty or incomplete data transmission. In no way does Attraction guarantee that the Site will be accessible or functional without interruption and that its content is free from any error, virus, defect, harmful element or other materially damaging component.

The Site contains links directing you to websites controlled by third parties and which are not linked to or controlled by Attraction. Attraction is in no way associated with these sites, does not sponsor them and does not offer any guarantee of quality concerning the content of these sites and the products and services offered there. Attraction takes reasonable means to maintain the proper functioning of the Site and to avoid any inconvenience to the User so that their navigation on the Site is as good as possible. However, it may happen that an interruption of services or an unforeseen event occurs beyond the control of Attraction. The User acknowledges and accepts that the Site may be interrupted or inaccessible temporarily or permanently from time to time.

Attraction is not responsible for any data lost by the User during any interruption of service on the Site. Attraction is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or misuse of the Site. User Responsibility

Copyright

This Site may contain links to third party sites over which Attraction has no control (“External Sites”). Attraction neither endorses nor is responsible for any content, advertising, products, services or other elements presented or available on these External Sites. The same rule applies to External Sites establishing references to the Attraction Site. Attraction's hyperlink policy applies to all of these hyperlinks.

Changes to the terms and conditions of use

Attraction reserves the right to modify, supplement or replace, in whole or in part, these conditions of use, at any time and at its sole discretion, without notice or liability to the User. Any modification will take effect on the date of publication or on any other date indicated by Attraction. Attraction recognizes and respects the importance of the privacy of Users and the confidential nature of their personal information. Attraction’s prior written approval is required in order to create a link or association with the Site. Attraction reserves the right to refuse or withdraw this authorization at any time in its sole discretion.

Violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use

Applicable laws

These conditions of use are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the Canadian laws applicable to that province.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is declared void, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will then be severed from these Terms of Use and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
