Your Call: Will the Kings make the playoffs in 2017-18?
The former Cup champions have failed to make the post-season 2 out of the past 3 years. Can they reverse the trend?

The times they are a-changing in LA. The masterminds of two Stanley Cup championships for the Los Angeles Kings, GM Dean Lombardi and head coach Darryl Sutter were both shown the door this offseason. In their place are Rob Blake and John Stevens at the helm, as the Kings look to reboot and get themselves back into Stanley Cup contention.
But, do they have the pieces? Blake didn’t add much to a struggling offensive team from a year ago, adding only Mike Cammalleri through free-agency to help produce points. In goal, the team should have some stability again with a healthy Jonathan Quick. But, will the trade rumors surrounding Drew Doughty cast a cloud over the team as it attempts to get back into the post season?
Can Anze Kopitar bounce back after a disappointing 12 goal performance from a year ago? And what about Tyler Toffoli? He fell from 36 goals to just 16 goals in a calendar year. They'll need a better performance from him if they expect to be competitive in the always tough Western Conference.
