Red Wings' Simon Edvinsson credited with 1st NHL goal!

Detroit Red Wings defenseman Simon Edvinsson is getting his feet wet at the NHL level, and has looked every bit as good as the team was envisioning when they made him their first selection in the 2021 NHL Draft. So far, he's played with the poise of a veteran in the midst of his 3rd season, not just his third NHL contest.
And tonight against the St. Louis Blues at Little Caesars Arena, he's already got himself a career milestone. He was credited with the first goal of the game, which was initially awarded to forward Matt Luff. Upon video review during the 1st intermission, the goal was officially changed to Edvinsson:
