This just in, Florida Panthers general manager Dale Tallon has reportedly been fired from his position with the team.
Check it out:
The Panthers were officially eliminated from postseason contention earlier today by the New York Islanders.
It's hard to believe but Tallon has been with the Panthers for 10 years. Tallon was hired as GM of the Panthers in 2010 and was named president of hockey operations in 2017. Under Tallon’s watch, the Panthers earned their first two division titles (2011-12 and 2015-16) and made just three playoff appearances.
