Luke Schenn wallops Tanner Jeannot, smashing the visor repeatedly in heavyweights fight!
It’s fight night in Nashville! A series of lefts then almost a full flip of a takedown. Check it out in the link down below:
Nashville Predators’ Luke Schenn wanted to wake his teammates up and did so by feeding some blows to former Preds’ Tanner Jeannot. The Los Angeles Kings had the 1-0 lead in the second period when Schenn invited Jeannot to dance and the winger unfortunately accepted.
The fight was amazing don’t get me wrong, but Jeannot ended up eating many left handed punches before he was sent down to the ice, losing the fight, no contest there, to Schenn. I mean he wouldn’t stop pounding the guy until he went down.
The Predators blue liner checked on his opponent before heading to the penalty box. Some folks were however worried with Schenn's hand seeing that he repeatedly smashed the visor of Jeannot during the exchange. He'll probably need to ice the hand once in the dressing room.
The crowd went nuts and the momentum shifted for Nashville. This heavyweights fight came minutes after Preds’ Ryan O’Reilly came to the defense of his teammate Gustav Nyquist, who was on the bad end of a knee-on-knee collision with Kyle Burroughs.
O’Reilly made him pay!
