The Edmonton Oilers picked up a huge win in Game 1 of the Western Conference Final and they will look to keep that momentum going tonight in Game 2 when they take on the Dallas Stars.

There remain a number of questions when it comes to who will be on the ice for both teams tonight, but we did get a small preview of what could be for the Oilers today when head coach Kris Knoblauch addressed the media

The Oilers have been without the services of veteran forward Adam Henrique, who was one of the team's trade deadline acquisitions, since Game 2 of their second round series against the Vancouver Canucks, but it sounds like that may be about to change. Although Knoblauch did not confirm that Henrique would play tonight, he did confirm that Henrique will be on the ice for warmups ahead of Game 2 where he will be a game time decision.

Although Henrique hasn't produced a ton offensively for the Oilers, with 1 goal and 1 assist over his 6 playoff games in 2024 thus far, Knoblauch has leaned on his experience with Henrique eating upwards of 17 minutes of ice time in multiple games already. His return would provide a significant boost to the Oilers lineup, although we likely won't know for sure until closer to puck drop.
