Kassian hoped Vesey would bleed out after brutal injury

The Edmonton Oilers took on the New York Rangers last Saturday afternoon - and it provided the hockey world with a pretty gruesome image after Zack Kassian's skate caught Jimmy Vesey in the mouth.

Vesey later posted pictures on his Twitter account showing the gruesome injury.

It was revealed today that Kassian had some choice words for Vesey following the incident, standing over him and saying:

"I hope you f***in' bleed out!"
