Erik Brannstrom goes from hero to zero after scoring 1st goal with the Canucks
NHL players really are just regular dudes when it comes down to it lol
In case you missed it Tuesday night, the Vancouver Canucks pulled off a solid victory over their rival Calgary Flames, thanks in large part to recently acquired defenseman Erik Brannstrom.
Brannstrom scored his first goal and a Canuck and kick started the team's offence in the 3rd period.

And if you needed any proof that NHL players are really just regular dudes. Well... Brannstrom went from scoring a big goal and being cheered by 18,000+ fans to scooping dog poop in the Vancouver rain.
The duality of man.

Chicago Blackhawks superstar in the making returns to his hometown team this weekend, playing against the Vancouver Canucks in beautiful Vancouver, BC.
Bedard, a lifelong Canucks fan who grew up on Vancouver's North Shore, admitted to Chicago media today that he'll have a ton of family and friends in the building on Saturday evening. In fact, Bedard had to buy so many tickets that he says he'll be 'paying to play for a night' on Saturday.

You know ticket prices are crazy when even NHL superstars are complaining lol.
In all seriousness, you just know that Bedard is licking his chops at the prospect of scoring in front off friends and family. Personally, I'd love to see it. Blackhawks fans don't have much to cheer for this season.
