Elias Pettersson and JT Miller get into “altercation” at practice
Miller reportedly slashed Pettersson and called him a “baby”. Head coach Rick Tocchet clears the air.
In case you missed it yesterday, Vancouver Canucks forwards Elias Pettersson and JT Miller got into a bit of a "scuffle" at practice.
Canucks insider Jeff Paterson reports that at the end of a puck battle drill the two players chopped at each other before Miller delivered a cross check.
Fellow Canucks insider Farhan Lalji reports that Miller called Pettersson "a baby" in the verbal exchange.
Today, head coach Rick Tocchet addressed the issue with the media and made it clear that there's no hard feelings in his team's dressing room.
If this is what it takes to turn Pettersson's game around... I'm all for it!
