Eichel goes viral for ignoring young fan during pre-game

I like Jack Eichel, I swear.

I know that the Vegas Golden Knights' forward and former Buffalo Sabres captain gets some heat from hockey fans for his, shall we say, "prickly" personality, but in my eyes he's a supremely talented player who has spent a career losing year after year after year. If my career had gone like Eichel's has to this point, I might be a bit of a prick too.

So, for me, Eichel gets a bit of a pass. I bet once he has a legitimate winning season under his belt then he'll change his outlook on life a bit.

And then... and then I see something like this:
