Craig Berube reveals his lineup for final preseason game.

The Toronto Maple Leafs are set for their final clash of the National Hockey League's preseason and there will be a few interesting things for fans to keep on eye on tonight when they face off against the Detroit Red Wings.

First and foremost let's take a look at the lineup for tonight's game:

Notably absent from the lineup this evening is defenseman Timothy Liljegren which has raised some eyebrows with some believing that the Maple Leafs would like to move on from the often maligned defenseman. I don't know that the current injury concerns around the Maple Leafs blue line would make such a move possible, but the fact that he is being held out of the lineup this evening does appear significant from the outside looking in.

The Maple Leafs are also boasting the majority of their regulars this evening which makes Liljegren being left out of the lineup look that much worse.

Another interesting detail will be the Maple Leafs decision to put goaltender Joseph Woll to the test this evening. Although the Maple Leafs do have Stolarz playing backup this evening, head coach Craig Berube informed the media on Saturday morning that he expects Woll to play the entire game tonight barring any disasters. Woll has struggled with injuries throughout his NHL career and there's no question that the Maple Leafs expect him to take a big step forward this season, both in terms of his health and the workload that he will be expected to take on.
