According to the Blue Jackets, he'll be further evaluated and will be unavailable for tomorrow night's game against the St. Louis Blues.

We've seen devastating injuries after players have been cut by skate blades in recent memory. Hopefully, Fantilli's injury isn't too serious and he can be back out on the ice before too long.
Drafted 3rd overall by the Blue Jackets out of the University of Michigan, Fantilli has scored 12 goals and 15 assists in his first NHL season.
