Waiver Wire: Recently traded player gets claimed, Penguins waive two players
Plenty of waiver wire action today!

This just in, the Anaheim Ducks have claimed veteran defenseman Scott Harrington off of waivers from the New Jersey Devils.
Harrington had been acquired by the Devils just a day earlier in the Timo Meier blockbuster deal with the San Jose Sharks. Today he's headed back to California to become a member of the Ducks.
It's also worth noting that the Pittsburgh Penguins have placed forward Brock McGinn and defenseman Mark Friedman on waivers, as well.
To me, it looks like Penguins GM Ron Hextall has something up his sleeve here. Stay tuned.
