Tristan Jarry roasted by fans for complaining over 'shitty goal.'

Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Tristan Jarry is being roasted by fans over his post game comments.

Pittsburgh Penguins starting netminder Tristan Jarry has had an up and down season to put it mildly, and on Saturday night Jarry hit what appears to be another low point in his season when he made comments that drew ridicule from fans of the National Hockey League.

Following the conclusion of the Penguins Saturday night game, a 3-2 overtime loss at the hands of the Ottawa Senators, Jarry made comments complaining about a particular goal scored by the Senators during the course of the game. The goal, one that Senators defenseman Thomas Chabot banked in off the body of teammate Drake Batherson, was described as a "shitty goal" by Jarry who would go on to say that those type of goals should not be a part of the game.

"It's a shitty goal, honestly," said Jarry following the loss. "I don't know how you take that out of the game, but I don't think you should be allowed to stand there and let the guy shoot it off you. I think it's almost impossible to stop. Like, he gets position on our player and he just parks himself at the back post and their guy just shoots it off of him. It's a tough play and I think it's not part of hockey."

Jarry's comments were not well received by fans who proceeded to roast the Penguins goaltender for his comments. Whether or not you agree with Jarry here, some of the replies from fans poking fun at his comments were downright hilarious.

Some however were less funny and much more direct and mean spirited.

Do you agree with Jarry's take here or is he being a bit of a sore loser as some of the replies to his comments have suggested? Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
