Tomas Tatar has reportedly signed with a new team in free agency

This just in, according to a report from TSN insider Chris Johnston, veteran forward Tomas Tatar is finalizing a one year contract with the Colorado Avalanche.

Earlier this week, Sportsnet insider Elliotte Friedman reported that Tatar had fired his player agent and was close to signing with a team in the Eastern Conference. Just a day later though and it looks like he's headed west.
