Senators release a statement regarding forward Zack MacEwen
All the best to big Zack.
The Ottawa Senators and Belleville Senators have announced that forward Zack MacEwen will be taking an indefinite leave of absence from the team for personal reasons.
“The entire Senators organization is committed to supporting Zack during this time. He is a valued member of our organization and has our full backing. Out of respect to Zack’s privacy, we will not have further comment at this time.”
The 28 year old forward has two goals and three points in 21 games in the NHL this season and five goals and nine points in 15 games in the AHL this season. In total he has 17 goals and 34 points in 237 career NHL games split between the Senators, Los Angeles Kings, Philadelphia Flyers and Vancouver Canucks.
