Red Wings appear to have once again moved Jakub Vrana
It looks like he's heading right back down.

It look as though there's a possibility that Detroit Red Wings forward Jakub Vrana is heading back to the American Hockey League just one day after having made his first NHL appearance since October 15.
As pointed out by The Grind Line Podcast, Vrana's name no longer appears on the Detroit roster list of names:
While this move may not be very popular with fans, it also comes at the same time that forward Lucas Raymond is expected to be returning to the lineup after having missed the last six games with an injury.
Vrana was a plus-one during last night's game against the Washington Capitals, skating in a total of 11:31 while not picking up any points.
