Oilers torch Golden Knights for 4 goals in first period of Game 2.
The Edmonton Oilers came out swinging on Saturday night, opening up a 4 goal lead in the game's first period.
The Edmonton Oilers did not get the result they wanted in Game 1 of their second round series against the Las Vegas Golden Knights, but they have come out swinging in Game 2.
The Leon Draisaitl show continues in this series with Draisaitl picking up 2 of the Oilers 4 first period goals, bookending the period for the Oilers in fact.
Here's Draisaitl opening the scoring in Game 2:
Evan Bouchard was up next with a power play goal to give the Oilers a 2-0 lead.
The captain would make another incredible play, picking up the third goal of the period for the Oilers.
And as mentioned Draisaitl would bookend the period, picking up his second of the game and sixth of the series to give the Oilers a 4-0 lead.
