Vancouver Canucks youngster Thatcher Demko is maybe the hottest goaltending prospect in the entire world. Fortunately for him, his pads are even hotter!

How sweet is that? While the 36th overall pick of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft has yet to make his NHL debut, big things are expected of him this year with the Utica Comets. In 45 games with the Comets in 2016-17 the rookie put up a stellar 2.68 GAA and .907 Sv%. With Jacob Markstrom and the newly signed Anders Nilsson ahead of him on the depth chart, Demko will have his work cut out for him, but don’t count out a short stint with the Canucks at some point this upcoming season.
