Life changing announcement for Brendan Gallagher

Montreal Canadiens veteran forward Brendan Gallagher has been red hot this season, posting eight goals and 13 points so far and feeling like he’s got an extra kick in his step.

On Wednesday, an explanation arose on why Gallagher has been looking happy and excited lately. His wife Emma Fortin announced on her personal Instagram account that her and Gallagher are expecting a baby this winter.

Gallagher and Fortin tied the knot during this past offseason. The veteran forward was healthy for one of the first times of his career going into the summer and made the most of it.

He is now set to become a father and comments from the Canadiens’ fanbase on social media show how happy everyone is for the couple.

Gallagher has three seasons remaining on his contract and an annual salary-cap hit of US$6.5 million and is looking to make the most of it, and so far, I want to say that the 2024-25 season has been pretty good for the forward.
