Gretzky rips into the Leafs with an all-time classic chirp

The TNT broadcast panel is the best in hockey. Period.

And this is coming from a staunch Canadian hockey traditionalist who grew up watching Hockey Night in Canada on CBC. But... let's get real... Hockey Night in Canada since the move to Sportsnet has just not been the same and ESPN is... well... the less said about ESPN the better.

One thing that I love about the TNT panel is that they're loose, they joke around and it all comes across as very natural.

Case in point, Wayne Gretzky himself absolutely burying the Toronto Maple Leafs with a casual chirp during intermission this evening.

Come to think of it I think I did see a 'MISSING: AUSTON MATTHEWS' ad on a carton of milk lately.
