Former NHL 1st round draft pick lands on waivers

The Columbus Blue Jackets selected him with high hopes, but sometimes things don't always work out the way that you wish they did.
Former 1st round draft selection Liam Foudy, whom the Jackets made their 1st overall pick in the 2018 NHL Draft, has been placed on waivers.
In 62 games played last season, Foudy scored seven goals with seven assists. He has a total of 19 points in the 90 NHL games that he's appeared in.
