Each team's playoff odds in one simple graph!

So, the exciting part of the season is coming fast and stats geniuses are computing each team's chances to join the playoffs. 

As of tonight, after the Eastern conference games only, it looks like this:

From what we can see, the Red Wings, the Devils, the Canucks, the Stars and the Sabres are pretty much done for. On the other hand, many teams are statistically assured to get into the first round fairly easily. 

Interestingly, the number crunchers at MoneyPuck.com expect a Capitals vs. Sharks final round. That would be intense!
