Weird scene in Florida as Brooks Koepka gets aggressive with Aaron Ekblad

Here's something I didn't expect to see in a random Monday evening Florida Panthers game... a shirtless Brooks Koepka chirping Aaron Ekblad with a traffic pylon...

First off: Why?

Why is Koepka chirping Ekblad? Does he actually not like him? Are they buddies and this is a good natured ribbing?

Why is Koepka not wearing a shirt under his track suit? Why are all his buddies wearing track suits too?

There's just so much going on here that I don't even know where to begin...
