Tyler Seguin gets in trouble with Vegas security
The Stars played against the Golden Knights in Sin City last night

The Dallas Stars almost handed the defending Stanley Cup champions Vegas Golden Knights their first loss of the 2023-24 season on Tuesday night when they finally bowed down in a 3-2 shootout defeat.
With the win, Vegas became the first defending Cup champion to start the season 4-0-0 in 25 years (97-98 Red Wings).
Impressive.
They might have managed to get the win in regulation if Stars top forward Tyler Seguin hadn’t been able to convince the T-Mobile Arena security guard that he is playing for Dallas.
When Seguin showed up at the rink, the guard did not recognize him and did not want to let him enter the dressing room in order to get ready for the contest. Needing to show the guard three valid proofs of identification to get in the arena, Seguin had to get his phone out, search for his own profile on NHL.com to finally get the security guard approval to enter the Stars’ quarters…
This is quite funny, especially if that guard pulls off this trick with different visiting teams ahead of match-ups against the Golden Knights.
