Tom Wilson terribly disrespected by fans at the Bell Centre.

Things are getting pretty heated between the Montreal Canadiens and Washington Capitals in the opening round of the Stanley Cup playoffs, and that is reflected in the lengths to which fans are willing to go to in order to mock opposing players.

On Sunday, Washington Capitals forward Tom Wilson was disrespected in the bathrooms of the Bell Centre when a fan, or a group of fans, decided to use the urinals to show Wilson just how little they think of him. Fans placed cards of Wilson in each of the urinals in the arena and one fan who noticed the spectacle even snapped a photo that is quickly making its way around on social media.

The reaction to the photo has been pretty mixed, even from fans of the Montreal Canadiens, with some fans seeing the humor in the prank while others clearly feeling that a line has been crossed when it comes to disrespecting Tom Wilson in such a manner.

There has also been a mixed reaction from fans of the Washington Capitals who have noticed the photo making the rounds.

How do you feel about this kind of disrespect? Has a line been crossed or is this just a funny prank from fans getting into the spirit of the playoffs? Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
