According to a report from Seattle Kraken insider Alison Lukan, the team is set to welcome their AHL affiliate Coachella Firebirds' coaching staff this evening when they host the Calgary Flames for some pre-season action.

Yes, love this!
Campbell is a well respected coach with a solid track record of success. In her first season with the AHL's Firebirds she helped the team to a Calder Cup Final. She was responsible for the Firebirds' offensive strategy and helped transform them into one of the AHL's top scoring teams. In short, she's legit. Here's hoping she gets a full-time NHL gig in due time.
