So many blows, I’ve lost count!

The Philadelphia Flyers were holding on to the lead over the Chicago Blackhawks in the third, despite star rookie Connor Bedard doing everything he could to get his teammates back in the game.
It was instead a fight that crank up the intensity at the start of the third period when Flyers defenseman Nick Seeler and Blackhawks forward Reese Johnson dropped the gloves and exchanged some heated blows, ending up on top of one another with officials breaking them apart.
So many blows, I lost count on how much heat got thrown!
Blackhawks insider Charlie Roumeliotis immediately noted after the third period fight that it was not the first time both Seeler and Johnson got into it on the ice. The reporter reminded fans how they dropped the gloves during a team scrimmage a few years ago, and wondered if this was all about unfinished business.
Seeler was a member of the Blackhawks back in the 2019-2022, playing just six contests. He recorded just one assist in his short time in Chicago.
That’s when he was a teammate of Johnson, an undrafted free agent who signed with the Hawks. It was Johnson’s first season with Chicago in 2020-21, and he took part in just five games, did not record a point, but put up nine penalty minutes.
During a team’s scrimmage, he and Seeler fought. And they had Round 2 on Wednesday night.
