Ryan Reaves rocks his former teammate with a huge hit.
Reaves shows no mercy.
In a cutthroat business like the world of professional sports you can go from ally to opponent at the drop of a hat with players changing teams on a regular basis.
On Saturday afternoon, Anaheim Ducks veteran forward Frank Vatrano learned that lesson the hard way when he ran into a brick wall in the form of former teammate Ryan Reaves.
Vatrano was trying to make a play with the puck in the neutral zone when Raves caught him with a thunderous body check that sent the 28 year old sailing through the air.
The two men were former teammates with the New York Rangers, but it seems that didn't earn Vatrano any measure of mercy from Reaves on the day.
