Robby Fabbri takes leave of absence from Red Wings

As the Detroit Red Wings gear up to kick off their four-game Western road swing tonight against the Edmonton Oilers, they'll have to face the challenge without forward Robby Fabbri, at least for the beginning of the trip. 

According to multiple sources, Fabbri will not be playing tonight due to unspecified personal reasons, but the "hope" is that he'll be available to suit up against the Vancouver Canucks on Thursday for the second game of the trip.
