The Detroit Red Wings have been without the services of goaltender Ville Husso for long stretches this season, and have been rolling mostly with the tandem of Alex Lyon and James Reimer.
Earlier this weekend, Husso appeared to injure himself while on a rehabilitation start with the American Hockey League Grand Rapids Griffins during pre-game warmups, and was not available for the remainder of the game.
However, it appears as though Husso is trending upward. Earlier today, it was announced by the Red Wings that they have recalled him from the AHL:
Whether or not Husso will be dressed for tonight's game or tomorrow night remains to be seen.
