Rangers make last-minute changes to the lineup for Game 1
Puck drop in a few:
The New York Rangers are facing off against the Florida Panthers at the Madison Sqaure Garden tonight in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final, and finally, we know what the lineup will be just minutes before puck drop.
According to lines from the warmups on Wednesday, Jonny Brodzinski is being taken out, while forward Filip Chytil makes a return to action.
Kreider - Zibanejad - Roslovic
Panarin - Trocheck - Lafrenière
Chytil - Wennberg - Kakko
Cuylle - Goodrow - Vesey
Jones - Fox
Miller - Trouba
Gustafsson - Schneider
After suffering a concussion back in November, Chytil missed the remainder of the regular season, but came back for only one of the Rangers 10 playoff games.
He was sidelined again with what the team called an illness for Game 4 of the second round series against the Carolina Hurricanes, and Games 5 and 6 with the effects of that illness combined with soreness.
The addition of Chytil bring more fire power to the Rangers' bottom six, as they look to take the early lead in this series.
