The National Hockey League All-Star Games are upon us and although they aren't always the most exciting events in the sport of hockey you can tell that the league has made a real effort to spice things up this season.

One of the things they are doing that I personally feel is a nice personalized touch for the All-Stars participating in this year's event is to carry a unique goal song for the players who will be participating in the games that take place over the weekend. Every player has been given the option of choosing a song that they would like to use as their goal song for the event and although some decided to let the NHL do the picking for them, you can tell that the choices listed below were clearly inspired by the players themselves.

As I'm sure you all know musical tastes vary tremendously from one person to another and that is on full display here with everything ranging from gangster rap to classic rock to country music and even a few pop songs thrown into the mix as well. There will no doubt be something for everyone on the list so with that in mind here are the songs that were selected by the players themselves.
