NFL star pays tribute to Johnny Gaudreau on Sunday.

An incredibly classy tribute to the National Hockey League's Johnny Gaudreau ahead of NFL games on Sunday.

The tributes to the Gaudreau brothers continue to pour in as the entire sporting community shows the world just exactly how special the two boys that were lost truly were.

It has been over a week since brothers Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau were killed by an alleged drunk driver but that hasn't stopped people from every walk of life from showing how much of an impact the tragedy has had on their lives. Earlier today I highlighted a tribute from band Pearl Jam at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on Saturday night, and now we have another tribute this time from the National Football League.

That tribute comes courtesy of Denver Broncos star Alex Singleton who went all out in honoring Johnny Gaudreau on Sunday, wearing his jersey as he entered the arena ahead of a game against the Seattle Seahawks.

It would make sense that Singleton would be the one to honor Gaudreau in this way as he previously played for the Calgary Stampeders where he was nominated by the Stampeders to be named the league's most outstanding defensive player. Singleton would eventually leave the Stampeders to purse a career in the NFL, but it is clear from his tribute today that his time in the city of Calgary left its mark on him.

No doubt the same can be said of Gaudreau himself, with Singleton proudly wearing another city's jersey while representing the Broncos to honor Gaudreau's memory in a very classy manner.
