MUST SEE: Boston's Taylor Hall sucker punches Toronto's Ilya Lyubushkin
Extremely dangerous play by Hall here.
The Toronto Maple Leafs are all over the Boston Bruins right now, dominating them on the scoreboard as we near the end of the second period by a comfortable 6-2 margin.
But the Leafs are dropping like flies in this game, as they've already lost goaltender Petr Mrazek for the remainder of the night thanks to a groin injury. And now, forward Ilya Lyubushkin's night is over.
Bruins forward Taylor Hall took a hit from Lyubushkin in front of the penalty box, and retaliated with a dangerous sucker punch:
Hall was assessed a two-minute minor for roughing, though he almost certainly will be getting a call from the National Hockey League Department of Player Safety following tonight's game.
