The Pittsburgh Penguins have shared a concerning update with the info coming directly from head coach Mike Sullivan.

On Saturday, Sullivan confirmed that the Penguins would be without the services of veteran defenseman Kris Letang once again with Letang remaining sidelined due to illness, but it was his comments about the rest of the roster that raised some eyebrows. Sullivan declared that every other member of the Penguins roster would be a game time decision, prompting some to wonder what exactly the head coach meant by his comments.

Now this may simply be much ado about nothing with Sullivan just utilizing a little gamesmanship when it comes to his roster, but with Letang being sidelined due to an illness it does raise questions about whether or not there may be some sort of bug spreading throughout the Penguins locker room.

The one Penguin that we can be certain about tonight is goaltender Alex Nedeljkovic with Sullivan confirming his starting goaltender at the same time that he left his entire roster up in the air.

"Everybody is a game time decision," said Sullivan when speaking to the media on Saturday. "Ned will play goal."
