The Boston Bruins were understandably upset with the on-ice officials after they were denied what should have been a power play opportunity thanks to an incident that took place during a television timeout.
Maple Leafs forward made some not-so-accidental contact with Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman while the latter was making his way toward the bench, sending him tumbling to the ice. Meanwhile, Domi skated away as if nothing happened before being confronted by Bruins veteran Pat Maroon.
Soon after, Maroon gave the officials an earful for not calling a penalty on Domi, and he had every right to feel that he and his team were slighted:
