Leah Hextall once trending for all the wrong reasons

ESPN NHL broadcaster Leah Hextall may come from hockey royalty, boasting several high profile family members such as Bryan Hextall Sr., Bryan Hextall Jr., and of course, her cousin Ron Hextall. 

However, her foray into broadcasting has gotten near universally negative reviews from fans, who have criticized everything from her tone of voice to her knowledge of the game itself. During a recent interview, she stated that she was forced into putting controls on her social media pages due to some of the abuse.

She's once again getting critical reactions from fans on social media, this time in regards to her apparently not knowing that last night's game between the Anaheim Ducks and San Jose Sharks was over in the shootout, as well as apparently confusing players names as well as the shootout rules.
