Leafs fans literally cry and whine on live TV after Game 7 loss

Toronto Maple Leafs fans have had a couple days now to recover from the devastating Game 7 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning on Saturday night. A loss that ended their season in the first round, yet again and their 9th consecutive loss in games the Leafs can close out a series. A loss that, quite frankly, broke the hearts of Leafs Nation. Again.

And, despite the fact that hockey is JUST a game, there were still PLENTY of people both online and in the streets of Toronto going absolutely insane over the result of a hockey game that they themselves had no part in. It's insane to me that someone would behave in that manner but, hey... that's fandom for you.

I mean... c'mon, bro...

You're not on the team. You didn't deserve anything. Oh... and if you WERE on the team, you still don't deserve anything. It's hockey. Things happen. You go out there, you play your system, you play hard and you let the chips fall where they may. There's no entitlement in hockey. You don't always get what you deserve. That's part of the beauty of the game.
