Jaromir Jagr pokes fun at his much younger gilrfriend.

Jaromir Jagr may not be as fast on his skates as he once was, but father time hasn't dulled his rapier-like wit.

On Sunday afternoon, ahead of his jersey being officially retired by the Pittsburgh Penguins, Jagr took some time to reflect on his life and career with those gathered in attendance for the ceremony. As Jagr was speaking with those in attendance, he dropped a hilarious line poking a little fun at his relationship with his long time girlfriend Dominika Branisova.

Jagr made headlines when it was revealed that he was dating Branisova, a Czech model that is 23 years his junior, and today he dropped a hilarious line about that age gap when discussing his jersey retirement and time with the Penguins.

"I would like to thank my girlfriend Dominika…she’s too young to remember that I played for the Penguins…but I told her all the stories, don’t worry!" said Jagr with a laugh.

Needless to say that produced quite the reaction from those in attendance, and no doubt Jagr has more great lines in store for us today during his retirement ceremony.
