Jakob Chychrun shocks fans with his diet plan

Defenseman Jakob Chychrun was one of the more prized players rumored to be on the move at this season’s National Hockey League trade deadline, and he eventually found himself landing in the Canadian capital city of Ottawa to play for the Senators as they make a push towards the postseason. 

But he’s been making the rounds on social media after he revealed his secret weapon diet plan that is straight out of “The Silence of the Lambs”.

“I'm also eating raw liver, raw beef heart, doing all this crazy stuff. The taste is awful, but your body almost craves it when you eat it consistently because it's just so nutrient dense.”
