Jack Eichel takes a puck to the back of the neck in Game 4.

A scary situation here for the Vegas Golden Knights.

Godden Knights star forward Jack Eichel has been forced to leave the game late in the second period after taking a puck to the back of the neck. The shot came courtesy of Eichel's own teammate, Jonathan Marchessault, and unfortunately caught Eichel in a part of the body that will be a huge point of concern.

Eichel of course famously underwent neck surgery after being traded to the Golden Knights, so everyone is holding their breath right now. No word yet on whether or not Eichel will return to tonight's game.
