The Canucks are getting ready to take on the Stars in Dallas, but they will do so without forward J.T. Miller. The forward has reportedly been scratched from Vancouver's lineup and has agreed to waive his no-move clause.

He is on his way to the New York Rangers, per insiders Pierre LeBrun and Frank Seravalli.

Seravalli explains how Miller, along with other pieces and prospects, are going to New York as part of a package.

Miller has reportedly left the Stars' arena and is getting ready to fly out to his new team in the Big Apple. He has asked and verbally agreed to waive his ‘no-trade’ clause to accept a trade to the Rangers.

At the same time in New York, it was reported that out of tonight’s Wolf Pack’s lineup in the AHL, defenseman Victor Mancini was made a late scratch in Hartford.

It is also believed that forward Filip Chytil is headed Vancouver's way, along with a first-round pick.

According to Larry Brooks of the NY Post, the Rangers have acquired JT Miller and two prospects in exchange for Filip Chytil, Victor Mancini and protected first-rounder.

This season, Miller has tallied nine goals and 35 points in 40 games with the Canucks.

For weeks now, it has been reported that there was growing tension between Miller and teammate Elias Pettersson.

On Tuesday, Canucks president Rutherford spoke candidly with Gary Mason of the “Globe and Mail” about the team’s struggles this season and openly admitted that a locker room feud between Pettersson and Miller has fractured the club.

There was a sense since that Miller would be the one to leave and on Friday, the trade was finally done.
