Full details of Matthew Tkachuk's brutal injury in the Stanley Cup Final

In case you've somehow been living under a rock, the Vegas Golden Knights are Stanley Cup champions.

Thhe Golden Knights defeated the Florida Panthers 9-3 in Game 5 of the Cup Final, a game that did not feature Florida Panthers superstar Matthew Tkachuk. 

Tkachuk sat out Game 5 with what was suspected to be a shoulder injury. After the game, it was confirmed that Tkachuk indeed has an upper body injury, in fact, it's a fractured sternum.

Ouch. That hurts just to read... I can't imagine playing an NHL hockey game with that kind of injury..
