Evander Kane's ex-wife Anna releases disturbing photos, accuses Evander of domestic abuse

The ongoing soap opera that is the life of Evander Kane continues.

Without going through Kane's entire history over the past calendar year, just know that he has filed for bankruptcy, been accused of betting on his own games, was suspended for faking vaccination records, was kicked off the San Jose Sharks for leaving the team and has gone through an ugly, messy divorce. And that's me literally distilling things down to the simplest terms possible. It would take literally 10,000 words to describe the entire Evander Kane Story.

Now, things are taking an even darker turn in the ongoing battle between Evander and his estranged wife Anna Kane.

Anna published some disturbing stories on her Instagram account this evening, outright accusing Evander of domestic abuse.

Frankly though, besides causing a shit storm online I'm not sure what Anna's end goal is here. If indeed she's accusing Evander of assaulting her then she needs to take these images to the authorities. She says that Evander is good friends with an RCMP officer, but surely she could alert the authorities in the United States, as opposed to Canada. 

I don't contend to know anything about Anna's and Evander's relationship but it should be noted that Evander was given 100% temporary custody of the couple's daughter due to Anna's mental state. Anna was court ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation earlier this year after it was uncovered that she faked a pregnancy for months in order to "trigger mental anguish" from Evander. Lawyers for Evander maintain that she wore a fake "pregnancy belly" in some strange effort to shame her husband over past abortions that he demanded she have.

So... all of this is to say that Anna's... well, I don't want to use the word "crazy", but it's clear that she's unstable and she's going through a bit of a personal melt down these days. I fear that these posts may just be another cry for attention on her behalf.

Having said all that... Evander himself isn't the most credible person around either. 

Frankly, I just hope that both of these two get their acts together. They have a daughter to care for, after all.
