It has been a while since the Detroit Red Wings have looked this good and their fans have been this excited.
Not only did the Red Wings dominate the Washington Capitals by an 8-3 final score to win their 6th straight game and put even more distance between them and the teams chasing them in the standings, but a trio of Detroit's principle offensive and team leaders combined for one of the prettiest goals you'll see.
It was Alex DeBrincat who had an easy tap in at the side of the goal after receiving a pass from Dylan Larkin, who had just fed the puck back to Patrick Kane before receiving it right back.
The goal was DeBrincat's 23rd of the season, and fourth in the past three games.
