Former CBC broadcaster and long-time NHL personality Don Cherry has informed the hockey world of the death of friend and former Hockey Night in Canada producer Ron Harrison.
Harrison and Cherry worked together for decades at CBC and many inside the business credit Harrison for ensuring that Cherry always had a long leash with the higher up executives.
RIP, Ron Harrison. Gone, but never forgotten.
