This just in, the Toronto Maple Leafs have announced the veteran defenseman Chris Tanev has been activated from the injured reserve.
Tanev, unfortunately, is not expected in the lineup for the Leafs tonight against the Florida Panthers.
The veteran blue liner has been out of the lineup since February 25th when he took a hard hit from Bruins forward John Beecher and appeared to be in discomfort on his way to the Leafs' bench.
