Crosby, McDavid and Marchand put their celebration on hold to meet Patrice Bergeron and his young sons

It's all over!

Team Canada has captured the 4 Nations Face-Off thanks to some overtime heroics from superstar Connor McDavid.

McDavid ripped a top shelf beauty past American goaltender Connor Hellebuyck to secure victory for Canada in the hostile confines of Boston's TD Garden.

McDavid was named 'Player of the Game', while dynamic forward Nathan MacKinnon was named Tournament MVP. The players were each awarded medals and the trophy was finally handed out to captain Sidney Crosby.

The boys posed for a quick photo with the cup and then headed back to their dressing room for some refreshments.
